At Deffenbaugh Industries, our Customer Satisfaction Group utilizes a state-of-the-art courtesy phone calling system to notify residents and businesses about anomalies in service. These calls could involve planned service interruptions due to holidays or re-routes. These calls could also involve unplanned service interruptions due to inclement weather or equipment failure.
We call between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. If you request to be removed from our courtesy calling list after having been placed on the list, you will be removed.
We do not use our customers' phone numbers for marketing purposes. We do not sell our customers' phone numbers to outside agencies.
