To start service, you can also contact our Customer Satisfaction Department at 800-631-3301 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, Monday through Friday or email us at customerservice [at] deffenbaughinc [dot] com (subject: service%20request) (Customer Service).

To receive invoices via email instead of postal service, choose 'Yes'. We will send you a temporary password by the next business day. Once you receive it, you will be able to change your password, access your statement and pay online.
Holiday alerts and promotional emails will be sent about once a month. We do not share your email with anyone.
